First you should clean your wound under running water for about good 5 to 10 mins. You can also use soap.
It just look like superficial scratch.
TT inj if you haven't taken any in last 5 years
Hope you are vaccinated fully.

If blood oozing, vaccine and immunoglobulin , if no blood oozing, only scratches- then go for vaccination
