Kittens can get infections easily if they are not properly vaccinated or dewormed. Kindly get your kitten checked by a veterinary doctor.

Most of the time if it's not vaccinated there could be chances of viral infection or sometimes other infections can be ruled out after blood test. If not eating anything advised to immediately visit offline and get iv fluids and treatment done.

Get her examined for any infection first of all. Such pets lost for a few days may have been  attacked by other animals and therefore scared and anxious, sometimes have internal injuries too. Kindly look into that too.
