I was on sertaline developed a manic episode put on  2 case lithium olazapine inderal then again developed severe ocd put on 3 case lithium olanzapine+ inderal life is hell good.. I will always greatful to pgi doctors and psychiatry. But my question was i not put on fluxotine after i deveolped a manic episode

Hello, If u are doing well on particular medicine... Better to continue. Fluoxetine can lead to switch over.
