1. Try to close your eyes and Focus on how you breathe for 2-5 minutes. Now Gently slow down the time of your breathe in and breathe out. For example- if you breathe in and out in just a second now try to breathe in for 2-3 seconds and breathe out for 3-4 seconds. Be very gentle while doing this.
The power of any kind of breathing techniques alone is one of the greatest tool to ground us in the moments of panic, stress & anxiety, it is something which we have with us wherever we go.

Goodmorning!
Your fear of an assumed heart attack is causing you stress. It is understandable that you are feeling overwhelmed and also vulnerable, hence feeling like crying.
However, you can begin by challenging this thought at the root cause.
1. No history of heart ailments ( as per your brief)
2. All reports normal
3. No evident symptoms.
What you focus on grows. Focus on health and wellness. Your heart is well aligned with the other parts and functioning well.
As you shift your focus on overall well being, it will automatically lead to healing.

2. Connect with nature and soak in the sunshine.
3.Believe you can overcome this and you will.

Happy Healthy Living!
It's important to recognize that experiencing anxiety and panic attacks can be overwhelming. Since your medical tests have come back normal, it suggests that the symptoms might be related to anxiety.
Consider reaching out to a mental health professional, such as a therapist or counselor, who can provide support and guidance. They can help you explore the root causes of your anxiety, teach coping mechanisms, and work towards improving your overall mental well-being.
Next Steps
Also try this breathing exercise when you feel anxious: Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs as much as you can. Without exhaling, take another breath in immediately after the first one. This doesn't need to be as deep as the first inhalation but should be a comfortable breath. Exhale fully and completely through your mouth. Make this exhalation longer than each inhalation. Continue this pattern - two inhalations, one long exhalation. Focus on the rhythm and make sure the breaths are smooth and not forced.
