Greetings!   For muscle building protein intake is essential. You also need carbohydrates to help your body function properly. Try consuming foods rich in complex carbohydrates like whole wheat, brown rice, millets, barley, oats, etc. In this way you get your required good carbs for the day.

Carbs are fuel to the body, without which our body can't function, not even muscles. But all carbs are not the same, there are good ones, and bad ones. Better to take a professional consultation to understand in detail, and to get a customized diet plan. All the best.

Completely wrong, our body require all nutrients, carbohydrates places main role on that, but logically we can choose complex carbohydrates than simple carbohydrates, if you're looking proper guidance for bodybuilding, you can increase protein level, but carbohydrates also mandatory like dry pulka, rotti kind of you can choose, excess of protein should utilise everyday basis, because excess protein and fiber may affect your kidneys, so learn properly about your body first, which is more important as of now

Hi, Carbohydrate is the energy giving nutrient used by your body very easily. When carbohydrate is missing in your diet, its the protein which has to break down to give energy to the body . This leads to wastage of protein as it cannot be used for muscle building. Thus for protein sparing action you need carbohydrate in your diet as an essential macronutrient.
