Cant run after acl surgery
One year ago had a keyhole surgery for acl tear happened during play football i did not do therapy as much my doctor said Still i cant run , and step in stair properly i feel pain on my both knees while walk more Before surgery my wieght were 65kg Now i have 78 kg Is that overweight at the age 26, heighted 5.5?

You should weigh less than 70kgs.. However a proper acl rehab should have taken care of the situation. Acl rehab takes time and one needs to be patient. Please complete your rehabilitation with your Physiotherapist. Immediately you will need pain relieving modalities before you restart your rehabilitation programme
