Overthinking is exhausting sometimes. Specially if u are an anxious person to start with. If this is of recent onset due to corona then it’s normal and common. Everyone is anxious. But since it’s started affecting your sleep it may be problematic. Nevertheless it’s treatable. Please consult a psychiatrist for proper evaluation and treatment.
In the meantime you can practice relaxation and breathing exercises to help reduce anxiety. Avoid caffeinated drinks as it can worsen anxiety and keep you awake. Practice sleep hygiene (u can google it).
