Canker sore
Hello I have attached a picture of mine.. A small sore developed under my lips from last Sunday.. Initially it was smaller in size...but from yesterday it started growing in size... Sometimes I have seen white skin like substance surrounding it which goes away when I rub it... This is very much painfull while eating and sometimes talking too... Plz guide me

Its an ulcer. Avoid hot and spicy food. Do not touch or irritate the ulcer.
