My mother has soft swelling below ear, cheek an jaw. Swelling increases slowly before two year it only below both ear. Now neck skin changes also visible its becomes aged skin. We have shown three of ent specialist all say its nothing to worry. They can't see difference in face. Before two year there is black liquid drain from ear. At that time we clean her ears. When i googled symptomp its showing facial lymph node swelling. Now I am confused what I should do. Which test I have to do . Which dr I have to show my mom. I affraid of is she having a cancer of throat or anything I don't know.

If a doctor examine you and says it's normal Most likely it will be normal only Google gives mild to strong diagnosis for a small symptom But if you are highly suspicious you can get an Ultrasound of Bilateral neck and parotid. Though I assure you it's not mandatory and advising it to rest your worries
