Yes. You can drink. Extreme hot water can cause sudden dilation of peripheral blood vessels causing sudden fall in blood pressure. These effects are due to bathing water temp and no relation to drinking water

Hello dear, warm water can be consumed 60minutes before taking shower in cold water ,and cold water can be consumed 30 minutes before taking shower or bathing in hot water.
