Can we drink 5- 7 Lts water in a day

Hi doctor Can we drink 5 to 7 lts of water in a day? Will it be fine if I don't do any physical activity. I had stomach problems, and I am taking medicine 1. VSL#3, 2. Zincovit, 3. Morease-I. I started drinking more water after start taking these medicines. Looking for suggestions from doctor. After drinking so much water, I am feeling good. But not sure will it be good? Thanks Ravi
