I am facing some serious issues..I can't sleep from past one week...I sleep total of 3 hours per night today I was awake the whole night and sleep just 3 hours from 8 to 11 am...and yesterday I slept from 3 to 6 am...I try alot...of sleeping...and I don't get out of bed after I wake up just so I can sleep some more but I can't...these issues started a week ago when I faces some major mental pressures...and I've felt major depression 4 5 days but from past 1 or 2 day I am fine...mentally..but still can't sleep...what should I do. And also I think alot I think many different things at the same time but none of them are formed enough to express out loud. But I still tried and expressed alot 2 days back but still can't sleep.

You have to control your negative thoughts.ingage your self ,eat good food plus involve yourself in recreational activities.
Watch movies,play some games.
