Its been 2 years that i have lost my sleep. I can't fall asleep easily. And even if i do, i don't know how i get up within 2 hrs and then there is no going back to sleep. I feel tired and drowsy all day long. Besides this, my whole body fell like broken, and i feel my head to be heavy.

There are a lot of simple things you can try. Going to sleep only when you feel sleepy and keeping a regular time for that. Don't watch too much Tv before going to sleep. Try reading instead. A glass of milk. Light dinner. Keep your sleeping place only for sleeping. Avoid stress. Regular exercise also helps in sleeping well. Avoid day time sleep.
