Can't concentrate or learn anything
I have been facing difficulties with focusing on things that I need to do all my life but they have started bothering me more and more recently. Apart from this I am not able to sleep at all. No matter what I do or how much I keep busy or work everyday, I don't get any sleep at all.

Hi, since when is it happening ? I feel your sleeplessness is stress induced. There are some subconscious negative thoughts or fears which is not letting you come out of this completely. you should discuss about this in detail. consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling. all the very best

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
