I had a medical abortion 4 weeks back yo terminate a 4 weeks 3 days pregnancy. In the followup scan 2 weeks later, rpoc was detected though looking at the uterine size, I feel it must be minor(report attached). I was given misoprostol again and I bled some more for a week and had minor spotting a day or two after. The bleeding stopped entirely and began again after 3 days. I had no fever, pain or signs of infection all this while, in fact I could do medium intensity strength training and cardio and could still feel energetic. I suspect these are my resumed periods and I had some pain when these started. I first thought that it was infection but then the bleeding increased though its a little lighter than my usual periods but I'm having it for 2 days now.
Do I still need a tvs to ensure there's no rpoc left or since there's no sign of infection or excessive bleeding and I really feel quite fit, can I be assured that rpoc would have passed with the periods?

No better that you repeat a tvs to confirm that endometrial thickness is ok. If it still shows features of retained products better to be evacuated surgically to prevent future immediate and late complications
