Can men eat chicken during pregnancy?
We are planning for kids and we found a nutritionist on Instagram and attended her webinar. She said that both should not eat chicken and eggs. Is it really true? Should we avoid chicken and eggs?
Kindly suggest me.

It is difficult to verify anyone's credentials on Instagram. People can portray themselves as nutritionists or dieticians or anything but in any case what you need to preserve is your common sense, so that you don't end up making blunder or gross deviation from what is called 'normal'
