Can I talk to my obgyn about two things?

I think I have bacterial vaginosis. But I also believe I may have thrush in my mouth. I already scheduled an appointment to see my obgyn for the infection but I'm wondering if they will be about to help me with my thrush too. Or will I have to make an appointment for another doctor.
