I hv cmpleted a h pylori treatment but i have stomach burning issue still persistent...
Gastro Doctor asked me to take sompraz L for 15 more days but my family doctor said i am over consuming ppis, he asked me to to give it soke days without medications and take it on sos basis...
Also from a naturopath I came to know about Licorice DGL, mastic gum and zinc carnosine, for healing gut lining.. please let me know if I can take these supplements without any side effects?
Due to this illness persisting for so long i am usually getting depressed, as in such a young age m having so much issues :(

I think all those people who get obsessed by things like H Pylori infection are already depressed. If you take ordinary home cooked food, avoid fast food, avoid spicy food, avoid smoking and drinking ; you will not need any treatment for H Pylori infection.
