I think all those people who get obsessed by things like H Pylori infection are already depressed. If you take ordinary home cooked food, avoid fast food, avoid spicy food, avoid smoking and drinking ; you will not need any treatment for H Pylori infection.

Hi dear, it is a common condition you are facing but yes it exacerbates due to stress which are inevitable in IT jobs especially. Naturopathy has it's own disagreements with different individuals.
Next Steps
Do not worry. Stop taking PPI's for now. Consume natural probiotics like curd, lots of fresh fruits and raw vegetables as in salads. Engage in your old, forgotten hobbies that make u happy.
Health Tips
Go for meditation n try to eat n sleep at proper times. Take some time out of your busy schedule to perform certain physical exercises on a daily basis. They will help you heal. All the best!
