Can I take tablet for wheezing
I'm a ckd stage 5 patient on dialysis past 4 years . Off lately I got wheezing cause of seasonal change . I used asthqlin nebulization yet no effect . Can I use deriphyllin ret 150 mg for that ... Is it safe for dialysis patient

CKD patients getting wheezing should first exclude fluid overload. Get spirometry to rule out obstructive airway disease.

You can have Levolen inhaler, 2puffs 3times a day. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.

You should avoid deriphyllin. If Asthalin nebulisation does not help you, you should be assessed by cardiologist/ nephrologist to rule out other problem. However you may take DUOLIN nebulisation 3-4 times daily till then
