Yes U can Take Liv 52 with Coronil Kit.
Along with Coronil Kit in Any Covid or Viral infections there are few inflammatory changes in GI Tract Liver etc organ will give symptoms like Lack of Appetite G I Upsets etc Liv 52 will be Helpful there to recover.
U can take 15 Days.Take Liv 52 2 tabs twice a Day After Food.

From how many days you are suffering from infection.
Second if you have little infection the 2 bottle of Liv 52.
Do finish your one coronail kit.after that if there is Infection then take one more kit other wise no need
