Use of trifala churna and Liv52 tablets
I was suggested using liv52 (himalayas) and trifala churna for Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) But i am confused about when to take them(timings and before food or after food) And what precautions to take Can u please suggest me the schedule for taking liv52 tablets and trifala churna

Take one Live52 Tablet, twice daily, after food. And Take one tsp Triphala churna along with the luke warm water at bed time.
Health Tips
Avoid fried, oily and fatty food items especially  fast food and bakery items. Follow healthy diet and do exercise regularly. Consult me online through this platform for further guidance and treatment.
