Bifilac capsules are for intestines. They are capsule form, so that stomach acidity does not dissolve the contents. If you open the capsule, the contents are lost in the acid of the stomach and don't reach the intestine. So they are of no use. Curd has the same content as bifilac capsules. Fermented foods like : idli, dosa, dhokla, kadhi, paneer are probiotic Prebiotics : honey, apples(with skin) , partially ripe banana , garlic , onion.
Next Steps
bifilac capsules are given to people who are recovering from diarrhea or prolonged jaundice. they are not for every day use. normal diet is always preferred. bifilac does not interfere with prolactin levels.
