Usually Aspirin and clopidogrel will be given for 6 months post ASD closure. In your it can be stopped if no other indications for such drugs.

Hi, usually after ASD device closure dual antiplatelets (Aspirin and Clopidogrel) are given for 3 months and then Aspirin alone continued for 6months. Since your device closure is more than 6months ago you can stop the antiplatelets. However sometimes the treating doctor decides to continue single antiplatelet mostly Aspirin for one year depending on case to case scenario. That is doctors decision
Next Steps
As per normal guidelines you can stop the antiplatelets. However it would be better to consult the Cardiologist who did the intervention as he will be more informed about your case the challenges if any.
