I'm a 16yo male with a height of 5'6" and I have kyphosis, lowerdosis, rounded shoulders, forward neck...if I fix them can I still start getting taller again?

Anyway your bones may continue to grow longer till about 18/20 years of age.
Yes getting your spine deformity corrected will also make you stand taller by default.
So I think you should go for it
