Can i lift weight??
5 years ago i had an accident and broke my arm. On examination following were my reports: Forearm : SUPINATION: 30% PRONATION : 50% Now i want to go to gym and lift weights and do pushups.Will there be any problems in future?.Is it appropriate doing so.Please consider and reply

Hello there Well it very much depends upon your lifestyle post your accident in these 5 years....also wher exactly did you break your arm? Is there any deviation in the alignment of your arm? What management was done to fix your arm? Apart from pronation n supination restriction.....is there any elbow or wrist range of motion restriction? Get back with answers and a proper guidance can be given for your gym workout. Regards
