Can I have piltop dsr for gas
Hello doctor... I would like to know if I can have Piltop dsr for gas and acidity both? Does this medicine solve gas issue as well ?? Or should I have pantop 40 for gas and piltop dsr for acidity individually?? Please help... Thanks.

It is basically the same drug. You will also get Pantop DSR and it will do the same job as Piltop. Both are antacids and will work for bloating. Take them empty stomach to improve efficacy.
