Hi.. I need to take thyroid tablet also , so can I take both tablets on empty stomach within few min gap or should I take one tablet - Pantosec DSR after breakfast and before lunch ?

You can take thyroid tablet immediately when you get up which is in empty stomach.. and pantosec just 15 minutes before your breakfast..
