Ovigyn is a progesterone... It ll improve the ovary functioning, so it ll help in pregnancy. In Ovigyn d3 additionally vit d3 will be there.... It's better to not to take any medicines before and after 48hrs of vaccination
Your wife is a suspected/diagnosed case of polycystic ovarian disease and is given medication for the same.
The medicine ovigyn DSR will help regulate her menstrual cycle for a period of 3 months. After which the production of excess hormones in ovarian cysts is anticipated to go down and help treat the disease.
Ovigyn DSR and ovigyn D3 are ideally the same drugs with just added vitamins in later over the former. Has no added benefits over the other.
For this medication to work she has to take it regularly without any skip.
Covid vaccine doesn't interfere with its function and thus should not be a reason to stop the drug.
