Can i have brown bread in pregnancy
I am in my 7th week of pregnancy and i was suggested by doctor that not to have any bakery food.But for a healthy diet,I thought of including brown bread in my diet.Also suggest me about milk intake(i have pcod history).Is that okay?

Unless you have any particular condition which prevents you from having brown bread, it is safe in pregnancy...also it is ok to have milk...for more advice on diet intake in pregnancy connect with me online...take care
