Can I feed formula milk

Asked for Female, 2 Years

My daughter is 3 month old now.. I have low breast milk supply.. Sometimes she is satisfied with breastfeeding once or twice in a day . But many times it is not enough for her and crying often for milk. Please help. People saying formula milk is not good for health and it cause cancer in childhood or later. Very much worried and upset. Help please

Formula milk does not cause cancer, but nothing can replace mother's milk which is custom made as per baby's needs. Consult a lactation specialist or your pediatrician to help increase your milk supply. In the meanwhile u can top up with formula milk if required
