I m f 35 bulky uterus tubes open but small uterine cavity show irregular contour predominantly in fundal region. Chocolate cyst in both ovaries. AMH 3.42. doctor suggested for laproscopy. Kya uterine cavity aur bulky uterus surgery se thik ho jayega aur main conceive kar paugi. Check attachment
