Can high prolactin level miss the period
Hello,
I consulted a doctor due to liquid secretion from the breasts.
Doctor determined my case as high prolactin level which is 260 in value.
I missed my period this month as I started using cabergoline medicine as a treatment to high prolactin cure.
Can we miss the period when we have high prolactin levels and use this medicine?
Note:I'm not pregnant.

hi, definitely high prolactin levels cause amenorrhoea, high prolactin levels causes milk or watery discharge from breasts, that is why feeding mothers dont get periods in the initial mnths.
