Hello ma'am

Next Steps
then you should take a gyneocologist advise
Health Tips

Hello mam , please do consult a gynecologist and know the underlying cause for the blockage/ scarring .it would be helpful mam.
Next Steps
consult a physiotherapist for manual release of the surrounding tissue.
Health Tips
give hot water fermentation to your lower abdomen which improves the blood circulation to the uterus and relieve pain, do kegel exercise to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. regular exercise can help to maintain a healthy uterus.
If the amount of block is small then with laporosposic will help, and if the blockage amount is more in the tube then no option to open it other than laporoscopic surgeon.
Physiotherapy for pelvic floor sometimes might help but not in all cases.
Kegels exercises will help u to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles but if very minute blocks only it will be helpful
If the fallopian tubes are completely blocked means u better a consult a gynaecologist for better treatment plan, some can be corrected through medications or they will be doing laparoscopic surgery...
