Can extra soft bed trigger anxiety
I shifted to a new place and after a week or 2, I started getting anxiety symptoms. For me anxiety symptoms include 1. claustrophobia 2. Finding windows 3. Panicking 4. Feeling that I'm not breathing enough or I'm short of breath I was sitting in 8am class and i started having little bit of these symptoms By evening, the intensity increased. I couldn't focus on anything else. The bed which i usually use to sleep and also study, have some role in it (maybe)
