Can Edema occur twice after circumcision
Hi sir, i had frenulum breve condition and have undergone frenuloplasty + stapler circumcision surgery 7 days ago. There was a scary amount of swelling after the procedure and upon revisiting doctor yesterday, he told that there were clots formed (edema) due to staples not attached properly and put 2 new stitches after removing clots under anaesthesia. They had applied a larger dressing now, but i can still see some tight tissue/ swelling formed just below the dressing today in the attached pics you can find penile status after day 1 of initial surgery and current state after yesterdays edema removal procedure. I'm getting scared that this might also cause a full edema on the penile shaft region like before as soon as i remove dressing today. Please advise if same edema situation can reoccur for me and the precautions to avoid it. The clot removal procedure had caused me a lot of pain even under anaesthesia & I don't want to go through that pain again. Pls help advise me sir!
