Possibly frenulum breve
I have a thin bridge of foreskin tissue that connects with the tip of my glans. As a result, whenever I get an erection, I feel a tension at the tip as the foreskin doesn't roll back as expected. If the erection is strong, then the throbbing is literally painful. I have had difficulty masturbating ever since I was a teen, but I have always ignored it as I felt embarrassed to tell anyone about it. I even had a short bout of penile herpes 6 years ago even though I was a virgin at the time. My layperson Googling has led me to believe that what I have is the condition known as "frenulum breve". I would like to get it treated. Kindly let me know what options I have, keeping the current pandemics in mind. Thank you.
