you can a covid infection again
diarrhoea could be other cause olso so weakness because you have fluid loss in your body they might be eletrolyte imbalance
so only by history of diarrhoea cant conclude any thing
need other history olso
mean while get treated for your diarrhoea and see your weaknesses improves and follow all precarious of covid 19
