Came in contact with a covid patient

Asked for Male, 60 Years

My father is diabetic and is on insulin. He is also having hypertension and is under medication for high creatinine. We have a covid case in family. Is it ok to give him ivermectin dose for precaution.

Don't give any medicine now, it is not proven that ivermectin is preventive against covid. don't come directly in contact with covid case better ask covid case to get isolated for some days. Take healthy nutrious diet and adequate sleep to boost the immunity
