Callus(?) forming on healed cut

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I cut my deep finger about 3 weeks ago and I went to the doctor and they put me some bendoletes because the time for stitches had already passed. The cut already closed but now I feel a little "ball" that forms under the layer of skin as if it were a callus. The scar also peeled off already.
