I have cuts behind ear, it's watery and becomes flakes , I have this from last 3 months have applied soframicin/neosporin, but it always comes back. Kindly let me know what should I apply

Looks like you may have had seborrhoeic dermatitis but because of the creams you have been using, it has led to an irritant or allergic dermatitis.
