Calf muscle pain
I myself is having huge calves pain at night from last 3 -4days. .I am 26yrs old .please advise.....

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. Rule out pregnancy. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab.  SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep  a pillow under the legs. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.( knee and ankle). --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. C. If you are not diabetic, Start ORS L BD Tab ECOD Plus BD Tab Zerodol SP BD Plenty of Oral fluids Apply heat. Gentle massage of calf muscle( from ankle to knee direction) X 3 days If not relieved, Consult again.

Keep yourself hydrated. Plenty of water Gentle massage over calves Avoid prolonged work and standing during day Hot water bags Take paracetamol for pain Tab Evion Lc once daily for few days
