My age 37, weight 107, height 5'11".
I am unable to do light exercise, walking as well. My calf muscle starts to pain a lot
My feet pains like anything. I hv consulted orthologist n they recommended me painkillers muscle relaxation medicine with hot water treatment.But it's temporary.i having this pain since very long time even when I was weighing 85kg .
Please recommend some good exercise for my feet n legs and how to loose weight as well.

Important rule out other causes of pain which includes varicose vein or other abnormalities since the problem is from long time. Not necessary the pain is musculoskeletal origin. Even then pain persist get an xray and MSk USG done.
Chiropractic adjustment will help.
Standing calf stretch
Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.
Toe raise, Toe extension, big toe stretch and achilles stretch exercises can be done to strengthen calf muscles.
Visit physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment of pain for further treatment if needed.
