Calcium supplements
I am 8 months pregnant. Taking supracal hd 500mg  calcium tablet daily. Can I crush the tablet for better digestion Because it's very big also am facing acidity problems because of this. Can I take this tablet in powder form with food?

Hi dear yes you can crush and take it but I feel if u will crush it , you will get more taste of it so it might not be comfortable If u are not comfortable with tablet ask your doctor to give you a syrup it might help you Do not stop calcium supplements till you are feeding your child
