Hello Doc,
Is Maxical 500 safe to take during pregnancy? I am 20 weeks pregnant.
I was having Coracal as of now but it's not available in my home town (It had 1000 mg of calcium citrate, magnesium,zinc n vit D3)
So will be switching to Maxical 500 once a day (contains 1250 mg of calcium carbonate eqv to 500 mg of elemental calcium and vitamin D3)
Is it okay to switch? As I am not aware of the composition mg .. please help.
