plz do work out as per ur.limit avoid tendon tear damage slow steady win race cold fomentation is basic. managment for all myalgia due heavy work out if pain is severe local apply gel spray available *(diclofenac othr ) wear protective soft bandage plasters available in market so that. tendon remain protected have healthy diet during such work out sesssion no junk food
