Give her cooked vegetables, nuts, cereals, milk and curds . Fruits like dryfruits dates, raisins, walnuts, almonds, figs are good too as Calcium supplements. Greengram sprouts, palak, methi ,are the best. Ragi, millets are good too. Papaya, banana, are readily available Can supplements.

Hello mam, First I would like to know the medical history of the child. If your child cannot be given milk, then you can give curd, sweet banana curd, palak paneer. Paneer,Curd, green leafy vegetables ,Chole, rajmah, soyabean, ragi, oats are good sources of calcium. Among nuts give soaked almonds, raisins and figs. For vitamin C you can feed Amla, mixed veg or tomato soup, mausambi, warm lemon water with honey or just warm honey water, mango, capsicum, papaya, guava  etc.
Next Steps
Please contact me if need be.
Health Tips
In case of cold , please avoid curds, raitas and cold items. Do give fruits in day time only.

Hi, You didn't have mentioned the reason behind it, is she have milk allergy? Milk and milk products is good quality source of calcium. If you don't want to give her milk, then you can give dahi, paneer etc. Except that different green leafy vegetables, legumes , ragi etc are good source of calcium. If you want to avoid citrus fruits you can get vitamin c from guava, apple , leafy vegetables etc. To boost immunity power good quality protein, fresh fruits and vegetables should include in daily diet.
