Good morning doctor am a breastfeeding mother for 4months baby am having very low calcium please suggest me any good calcium chewables which will meet my daily requirements also I have anxiety since 3 years because of fear am unable to take tablet in throat as it gets strucked please suggest chewables thank you so much currently am not taking anxiety medications
