Calcified Uterine Fibroid

I ve undergone planned C section delivery because of fibroid before 8 months. Post my 6 months of c section i went for scanning to know status of fibroid from 6.2cm it has shrink to 5.2 cm. But my gynac is saying surgery is required for removal of fibroid.
I seriously dont want undergo another major surgery.
Kindly guide me with any alternate treatment on my case.
Attaching my 1st pregnancy scan report (8 weeks scan) plus the recent scan report post pregnancy after 6 months of delivery.
Is ayurveda treatment effective in shrinking my fibroids??? Kindly advise.
