My father's age is 75 years. 2d echo report findings: Normal cardiac chamber dimension. Normal LV Systolic function (LVEF-60%). Grade I LV Diastolic dysfunction. Mild MR. Mild TR (PASP=34.0 mmHg). Normal cardiac valves and color flow.Mild AR. No I/C Mass/ thrombus/PE seen. Is this 2d echo report normal?? What is significance of Grade I LV Diastolic dysfunction??
