I have soft tissue sol in my left leg , calcification, I have done mri scan, report attached, please suggest medical advise without surgery, i dont have problem while walking, pls do suggest medicines that will reduce the sol

The sol is quite big in size 10×4cm... Such a lesion will not be resolved by medicines. U can get fnac done to confirm the diagnosis.
